The motion of ships is move up and down or shocking on the high seas caused by large continuous waves can cause symptoms illness in form dizziness, nausea even vomiting which often termed as seasickness (sea sickness sickness). In this research, a study was conducted results calculations simulations vertical acceleration LNG ship's movement so that it could be seen performance ship crew comfort. Overall Motion Sickness Incidence (OMSI), also presented one outputs for comfort level prediction, where OMSI calculation uses 3 different sea-states each sea-state simulated with types periods (Tz) at service speed (Vs) 20 knots.
